Termination Cause :
- 1) When service terminate MilkWings company only provide Data in sql format
- 2) Refundable deposit will be provide after 2 months from termination
- 3) Rental Amount is not refundable.
- 4) Tech Vision will provide online/offline support for 1st month. Afterwards online support will provide on demand
- 5) Field support will charge Rs. 100 from deposit amount.
- 6) Every year Rental Charge will increase by 5%

General Note :
- No. of users means no. of login IDs required for your staff and your admins. Each one of them will login from their own login ID.
- Pricing includes data migration, setup, training, right to use licence and support through online mode.
- Payment is to be made 100% in advance and is non refunda
- Users whose numbers increase at a later stage will be charged only for the balance period.The 12-month subscription is bought, and now 3 months are used, so if you are planning on adding 5 more users it will only cost you 9 months at the rate applicable to 15 users
- We would need 3 working days after you deliver the requisite information to complete account generation and setup and deliver you the account
- SMS that can be sent should not be in the nature of promotion or advertisement or any similar nature failing to which company reserves the right to block your SMS ID and recover the penalty if levied by TRAI
- One time charges is towards data migration, setup of your account and initial training of your staff for proper implementation of software in your office.
- In case of more than 50 users, an additional one-time charge of Rs. 10000 will be applicable for multiple training sessions in batches and exclusive priority support for all users.
- Licence is given only for Right to use and company reserves all the rights towards ownership of MyTask
